Saejin Yoo is a Senior Program Coordinator at the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) working on three national initiatives supporting nonprofit organizations that engage in arts programming uplifting underserved communities, particularly communities of color. Prior to joining NEFA, Saejin served as a Senior Special Projects Coordinator at the Social Innovation Forum, where she co-designed and launched the Social Innovator Fund—an initiative that directed philanthropic support to local, grassroots organizations—and facilitated a national cohort of leaders focused on place-based intermediary work to amplify social impact. Her earlier experiences include roles with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra and the Boston University Arts Lab, where she deepened her engagement with the local arts community. Saejin holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Boston University, College of Fine Arts.
