Chloe Clark Smith
Chloe Clarke Smith (2003) is a composer-pianist from Baltimore, MD. Her music explores atmospheric and ethereal worlds, with emphasis on telling a new story with each piece. Chloe is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Composition at the Boston Conservatory of Music at Berklee. She is also an advanced pianist and a graduate of the Peabody Preparatory in Baltimore, MD. During her senior year in high school, Chloe wrote for the ensemble andPlay.
During her undergraduate studies, she composed for the new music ensembles Yarn/Wire, Iris Quartet, and Splinter Reeds. Her endeavors for the future include exploring the world of film music, further immersing herself in new concert music, and further experimenting with different mediums in music and art.
