Mixing together poetry, music and most importantly...FUN!...we'll learn about legendary figures in Black history. Join Castle of our Skins - Boston's own concert and educational series dedicated to celebrating Black artistry - for this hour-long, interactive workshop fit for youth, grades 4-6.

Over 5 weeks, we'll learn about this African American tradition, the basics of music making and song-writing, and even get the chance to perform our very own modern day spiritual in a final showcase concert. Come learn and create with Castle of our Skins! Appropriate for youth grades 4-8.
